DeepSync ("DeepSync", "we", "us") operates deep-sync.eu and the DeepSync Proposal Evaluator. This policy explains what personal data the site processes, why, and how you can control it. The data controller is Sofia Drobyczewska, contactable at sofia@deep-sync.eu.

These are only set if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time — see "Manage cookie preferences" below.
Form submissions are relayed through Google Apps Script / Google Sheets so DeepSync can review and reply to enquiries, and analytics runs on Google Analytics. If you use the Evaluator's opt-in "Deep AI Check", that request is relayed through a separate Google Apps Script endpoint to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the review. Google and Anthropic may process this data on servers outside the EU under their standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone else.
Enquiry and unlock-form data is kept only as long as needed to respond to you, or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
